In order to provide an easy access for wheel-chair users he did make it. It borns caused by his experience on how difficult to find any wheel-chair access. Then how it works? Simply,it can inform the wheel-chair users the availability of wheelchairs in some places which they want to go to. Unfortunately,it's only available around europe especially germany. Hopefully it could be developed and accessed in asia soon.
